Toolbar

The toolbar is made up of buttons with the main functions that the user will most frequently use. As with the menu bar, occasionally the buttons will appear greyed-out, meaning that they are not available.

Detail of the functions according to their icons:

  • File:Add_folder.gif → Create a new folder
  • File:Folder_find.gif → Find a folder
  • File:Download.gif → Download document
  • File:Download_pdf.gif → Download as pdf document
  • File:Lock.gif → Lock document
  • File:Unlock.gif → Unlock document
  • File:Add_document.gif → Add new document
  • File:Printer.png → Print a document
  • File:Checkout.gif → Document edit ( check-out )
  • File:Checkin.gif → Upload modified document (check-in)
  • File:Cancel_checkout.gif → Cancel document edit
  • File:Delete.gif → Move document to user’s Trash.
  • File:Add_property_group.gif → Add group of properties to a document ( metadata )
  • File:Remove_property_group.gif → Delete group of properties from a document ( metadata )
  • File:Add_subscription.gif → Subscription is added to a document or folder. Any modification that is made will be notified to the user by email.
  • File:Remove_subscription.gif → Delete subscription to a document or folder
  • File:Start_workflow.gif → Start workflow
  • File:Refresh.gif → Refresh user interface
  • File:Bookmark_go.gif → Skip to folder or document set as home by the user
  • File:Scanning.gif → Scanning
  • File:Upload.gif‎ → Uploading
  • File:Application_resize.png → Application splitters resize
